职位描述
PRODUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER is responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services. The direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. The indirect responsibilities include interacting with those managers in other functional areas within the organization whose roles have an impact on operations.
Production Operations Manager's responsibilities include:
Increase production efficiency and effectiveness, minimizing wastage and reducing costEnsures the production and quality goals are achievedManages both production and quality departments; developing KRA or KPI for both departmentsMentors subordinatesEnsures cost containment on operating expensesAssess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profitsResolves personnel issues and conflicts through investigation, identifying solutions, and recommending actionsQUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringAt least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Advance leadership skills, delegation skills, and ability to give clear instructionsHigh level of decision-making, communication, and coordination with internal customers and support departmentsCan work long hours, especially during peak season and as the need arisesCan handle pressure and willing to adjust the schedule as neededMust be willing to be assigned for training in Timog Avenue, Quezon City, and to be assigned eventually in Carmona, CaviteBENEFITS OF THIS POSITION:
