Fixed asset listing reconciliation.Fixed Asset lapsing schedule.Step-up depreciation entries.Asset retirement entries.Vacation, Sick leave, and 13th month pay accrual entries.Monthly petty cash audit.HMO amortization/accrual.Life insurance amortization/accrual.Review costing related accounts for posting to transactions without cost center.Prepare Blackline recon schedules.Filing of BIR Forms.Retrieve and collate documents needed for presentation on BIR Audit.Encoding of import Duties and Taxes computation for PEZA and BIR reportorial requirements.Job Qualifications:Preferably graduate of BS AccountancyWith 1 to 2 years experience in manufacturing industryKnowledgeable in ERP Systems, Bookkeeping, AnalysisHas advance knowledge in excel, keen to details and with good time management skills.Has the initiative, team player, adaptable and flexibleCan work with minimal supervision
