Job Description:

Decision support for business partners through value add analysis, thorough understanding of movements on accounts, the business reason behind those, and collection and presentation of Risk & Opportunities Planning - Coordinate with markets, sense check and validate the bottom up results to the top down expectationPrepare OH and A&P performance report (analyze plan vs. actual)Complete T&E analysis to the Leadership teamValidate the Salary costs with HR & Payroll team (including IA)Collects inputs to R&O re OH and A&PContinuously monitor the respective P&L and BS and CF accounts for any inconsistencies.Prepare and post accruals/adjustments/other required journals to ensure the month-end results show the clear and fair pictureMake sure Balance Sheet GL reconciliations are completed and reflected the changes in the business.To ensure that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered to in lines with CARM processesTo maximize benefits of globalized system processesTo contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the process.Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closesContinuously maintains excellent personal and business relationship with the market and in house stakeholders.
