QUALIFICATION
Eligibility:
Career Service (Professional)/2nd Level Eligibility
Education:
Bachelor?s degree Preferably in business-related course; Preferably with Graduate Studies
Training:
Business of Banking; Credit Management;Supervisory Skills Development I and II;AMLA Rules and Regulations;Risk Management;Financial Management;Branch Operations
Work Experience:
4 years of experience in banking operations preferably in branch operations
Competency:
Computer literate, good oral and written communication skills, good problem-solving and analytical skills. Fit and proper for the position, with due consideration to integrity/probity and diligence Good interpersonal skill
