Credit Evaluator - Cebu (DIRECT HIRING)

Job Function:

Purpose or objective:

To conduct credit evaluation of Housing Loan Applications (HLA) of the buyers to established credit worthiness.

Output or Deliverables:

Credit Score Card (CSC)Final Computation Sheet (FCS) and Schedule of Payments (SOP)Credit ReportNotice of Credit evaluation (NCE) indicating lacking requirements for submissionPrinting of Contracts

Overall responsibility & Accountability:

Booking of AccountsTake Out of Accounts

Job Qualification:

Graduate of any business or management related coursesAt least 2-5 years solid experience in credit or loans processingKnowledgeable in loan processing documentation, credit or financeComputer literate, good communication skills, multi-tasking skillsKeen to details, result-oriented, team player, customer service oriented
