Treasury Assistant (Reliever) Open for Fresh Graduates

JOB SUMMARY

Ensures that company funds are properly managed and maximized and be able to contribute to the attainment of the company’s goals and objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring and analyzing cash flow to ensure availability and proper allocation of cashPreparing check voucher, checks and fund transfer requestsDeveloping strategies on foreign exchange, loans and disbursements for maximum cash productivityMonitoring market rates on foreign currencies and loans, advising management on cash management strategiesFacilitating efficient bank transactionsEnsures all bank-related transactions are attended to and updated in accounting ERP systemTimely bank reconciliationMaintains, organizes and stores financial records and related documents in a timely mannerPerforming other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time

PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or any related course

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

• Good negotiation skills

• Analytical and strategic thinking

• Advanced knowledge in treasury

• Time management skills and setting priorities

• MS Excel knowledge

• Self-sufficient and being able to act with utmost integrity
