JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Gentrade Business Analysis & Reporting

Manages the financial and administrative (reportorial, data analysis and information) requirements of General Trade Division and provides support to help in the attainment of sales & profitability objectives:Rationalizes and updates databases, reports and studies, as required, to enable in-depth analysis and efficient access of network information;Responsible for the Budget Exercise and Long-Term Plan of Gentrade Division in coordination with General Trade team and in liaison with other depts. as necessary (e.g. Finance and Operations);Creates and maintains analyses, presentations and reports as instructed by Business Head or as needed by Corporate PlanningReviews CMDMs submitted and provides support documentsConsolidates and validates the fuels nomination and forecast of the Business

Assist in Pricing Strategy Implementation

Allocates trigger cost to trigger transactions and provide Business with should-be GMVC, invoiced and still to be lifted quantityUpdates Trigger Calculator to reflect monthly FLC offer to keep track of costs vs system MAP in the different plantsAnalyzes KE GMVC in relation to correctness of price invoiced and cost (MAP) captured.Assists and advises in the booking of costs to their correct general ledger account and cost center

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, accounting or business analysis.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure.Excellent SAP & MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience of databases, pivot tables and macros.
