Tax Compliance

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Preparing and monitoring of business permits, BIR Form 0605, every first month of the current year.Preparing BIR Form 1905 for the update of the Book of Accounts for all companies required to submit and make.must have a calendar year update from BIR for deadlines: assures and submits all the BIR returns through EBIR Forms and EFPS monthly, quarterly, and yearly.assures the compliance of all deadlines and prepares the necessary attachment or requirement to avoid penalties.Reconciliation of all compliances to BIR on its corresponding supporting documents.Preparation of semesteral and annual lists of regular suppliers; preparation of VAT relief (Purchases and Sales).Proper filing of documents is complied with.recording, journalizing, and adjusting entries for the Cash Requirement Summary.Updating the record in the accounting system for the entries madeAssisting other personnel when there is something to ask about compliance reporting.

Qualification

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldmust have at least two years of relevant work experience.strong math, typing, and computer skills.excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management skills.high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.Attention to detailWork location: E.
