Finance Analyst - Expense and Asset (Must be CPA)

The Finance & Accounting Analyst/Controllership Quality Assurance Analyst (CQA) will support the CQA Manager in ensuring that controls are in place and financial concerns are addressed in a timely manner and those related metrics are achieved. 

Responsibilities: 

Checks completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the Expense reports provided by Company Shared Services Center (SSC).Initiates that any material variances are validated and supported by SSC/FAM (Financial Account Manager), recommends corrections as necessary.Coordinates with SSC in the preparation of monthly reports for assigned Balance Sheet accounts. Assists in tracking divisional cost management initiatives with FAM.Assists CQAM for Expense, AP, and Asset in various controllership projects. Tracks SLAs for RFPs for payment assists in managing priorities and action items. Assists in verifying completeness and accuracy of information provided for Asset related control policies, reports, and documents with SSC/FAM.Coordinates with SSC regarding the results of counts and spot audits. Assists in ensuring alignment with SSC and FAMs.Assists in the preparation of policies and memos (servicing and reporting).

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy, must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)At 5 supervisory experience or with equivalent working experience in financial analysisHas experience using SAP financial systemsExcellent MS Skills (particularly Excel and PPT)Has analytical and problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and with ability to establish relationships across all levels and regional offices.Tact and good judgment in handling informationKeen to details and internal controls
