Service Provisioning Associate - Must be Licensed ECE

The Service Provisioning Associate in Lipa, Batangas is responsible for the proactive monitoring & identification of network issues resulting to subscriber faults creation originating from RF network, IP core or in-house network. Gathers, analyzes, prepares & summarizes recommendations for network improvements & assess risk, strategic impact & short/long term needs with emphasis on network quality. Assures network plant evaluation & recommends changes based on data analytics in compliance to set standards.

This position will be responsible for conducting close outs on each sales installations . it will perform analysis, which will include analysis of document summited by sales, and ascertain the potential subscriber is clear on irregularities and meets the requirement for account creation.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering and must be a Licensed ECEAt least two (2) years experience in CATV and Broadband networkOpen to fresh graduatesExperienced in customer handling or call center environmentWith good analytical skills and can work under pressureTeam player and highly motivatedResults oriented and attentive to detailsCan work in a fast paced environment and can handle stress effectively
