Required Skills/EducationMust be a graduate of BSBA in Human Resource Management or Psychology or any related course.With at least 5 years of experience in end to end recruitment.Preferably with BPO/outsourcing background.Knowledgeable in different job portals.With background in screening and interviewing senior managers.Excellent communication skills.Can start ASAP.BRIEF JOB DEscriptIonSourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
