Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Create and manage the company’s social media profiles including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LindkedIn, and other relevant social media channelsPromote programs offered over social media, aligned with the company's brand and social media strategyCreate contents for specific platforms to drive traffic and audience engagementMonitor and report on successes or areas of improvement for social media accountsDevelop and run day to day new social media strategies and campaignsCollaborate with colleagues and senior leadership to ensure that the branding is consistentRespond to comments and queries on social media channels in a timely mannerStay up to date with social media trends, technology, marketing, and best practicesMonitor SEO, audience engagements and suggest for content optimizationJob RequirementsBachelor's degree Marketing, Graphics Design, or any related fieldAt least 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing and Campaign ManagementExcellent analytical, problem-solving and coordination skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker and have a can-do attitudeAble to provide police/NBI clearance if needed

(Prior knowledge of robotics/coding is NOT necessary. We are more than happy to provide training to candidates who do not have a robotics/coding background.)
