Seller Relationship Officer

The Seller Relationship Officer is responsible for building long-term relationships, acting as the customers main point of contact and handles minor accounts' data analytics, promotions, issues, and other concerns through supporting the Seller Relationship Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts ManagementReviews minor accounts requirementsAttends all concerns of major accounts are resolved based on the agreed timelinesTeam up with other departments to address the minor accounts requestsClient ManagementMaintains strong relationship between the minor clients and companyEstablishes a timeline of performance with the clientCreates recommendations to achieve client's goals and objectivesEnsures client needs and deliverables are met based on timelineReports ManagementGenerates regular reports for analyticsReviews reports progress for internal and external stakeholders through the established metricsInitially proposes and drafts key account metrics for review

EXPERIENCE AND EDCUATIonAL REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account ManagementGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any related course.

WORK LOCATION

Candidates must be willing to be assigned to Head Office - Pasay City.
