JOB SUMMARY

The jobholder is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and processing of loan application documentations, coordination with sales, credit, and operations, and managing application records.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the contents of the Promissory Note and Disclosure Statement (PNDS) and its timely transmittal to the customer.Closely monitor and follow up the response of the customers and the return of supporting documents and other requirements.Respond to customer inquiries, conduct the necessary actions and verifications to complete the processing of the applications, and keep accurate records of the documents and inquiries.Adherence to the established processes, terms and conditions, bank policies, and procedures.Assist the business unit in attaining the financial goals and operational KPI’s.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree holderAt least 1 year of working experience in loans and credit processingGood Verbal and Written Communication SkillsStrong Attention to DetailsAccurateProficient in MS Applications
