Marketing and Product Supervisor

Job Objective

The role of the Marketing & Products Supervisor involves coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information and events.. He/She leads the marketing team and prepares the marketing budget.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Marketing and Products Manager or equivalent in leading, directing and motivating the marketing team in order to achieve the overall corporate marketing objectives.Explore, evaluate and present emerging media, marketing tools, and trends.Oversee daily management of campaigns and events from concept to completion by developing the creative brief, working closely with all internal partners and managing the creative review process through timely feedback and approvals.Communicate status of ongoing projects and effectively prioritize incoming request.Think strategically and analytically and make sound decisions quickly and efficiently to deliver multiple work streams on time and on budget.Manage and assess campaign and brand performance to proactively suggest action plans where opportunities exist.

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or other related courses.Two to three years of experience in a similar role in aviation industry is a plus.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
