JOB DEscriptION:
Good knowledge and understanding of the operations and business trendsComprehends the business competition and the effects on the businessMeets or surpasses the sales target of the department within the specified periodAttends to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solutionKnows and understands the brands, styles, sizes, trends, materials, price points, sources, uses and features of all merchandise under the department.Serves as a role model in complying with company policies and ensures that the staff complies with all policies and work requirements at all times.QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Management or any related courseWith at least 2-3 years of managerial experience in retail/service-oriented companyWith good oral and written communication skillsWilling to work on a shifting schedule公司介绍
