Job Specifications
1. Accounts payable processing;
2. ICB monitoring;
3. Collating of hard copies of AP package for filing;
4. Reconciling accounts with suppliers;
5. Petty cash management;
6. Prepare accounts schedules;
7. Accruals, reversals, and other monthly adjustments;
8. Reporting to regulatory agencies such as Central Bank of the Philippines and Philippine Statistics Office; and
9. Other ad-hoc functions
Knowledge & Experience:
· Well versed with the BPCS system or other accounting systems;
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
· Has experience in the review of financial reporting reporting;
· Assigned in majority of the job specifications above;
· At least 3 years work experience; and
· Expertise in preparing and analyzing various reports
