Brand Associate- Levi's (Makati City)

Assist the Brand Manager in the implementation of brand directions/standards and in the execution of sales & marketing programs, policies, systems and control, and e-commerce.

Assist in monitoring stores' parameters and recommends strategies to improve performanceGather information and make evaluations on customer preferences and buying behaviorManage database of clients to regularly keep informed of any promos and customer care-related activitiesConstantly update yourself on the latest fashion trends and have a thorough knowledge of brandsTrain Sales Assistants on fashion trends and basic stylingSupports launches, PR events, marketing events, and promotions.Monitor advertising and promotional budgetEnsure compliance with the brand's marketing, advertising, and visual merchandising guidelinesConduct research, customer interviews, surveys, etc. to gain insight into customer requirements and business opportunitiesSubmits sales and market analysisSupport management decisions, requirements, and expectations

Minimum Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, or any business-related courseExperience in marketing and merchandising is an advantageRetail work experience is a plusProficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel & PowerpointWith a good fashion senseAnalytical and can perform multitaskingMature and with a good sense of responsibilityHighly organized, detail-oriented, and can withstand pressureApplicants must be willing to work in Makati CityAt least 1-2 years of related work experience2 Full-Time positions are available
