Sales Associate (Licenses)

Position Overview

This position is a Licensing Operation Specialist. In this position you will gain a granular understanding of Microsoft licensing programs and products. Training will be provided.

What you will do at Insight:

Gain an understanding of Microsoft volume licensing contractsSupport clients by providing quotes, contract details, and licensing helpAssist with the creation and maintenance of Microsoft contractsParticipate in the onboarding of new clients into Insight’s systemManage client contract document libraryProvide Microsoft License StatementsOther duties as assigned

Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule and HYBRID set-upAbility to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives.Strong written and verbal English communications skillsAbility to create accurate work itemsAbility to successfully manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work as part of a team and within a team inbox in an organized and efficient mannerAble to autonomously manage responsibilities in a timely mannerStrong commitment to company values and operating principlesStrong working knowledge of business math for pricing and reportingStrong working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Teams
