Job Descriptions

Actively sources new business opportunities (cold calling) and e-mails;Generates lead information that can contribute to the sales process (total number of workstations, current web filter solutions, contract expiration and other pertinent information that can help the Account Executives establish the intro call);Understands iboss value proposition and be able to have a conversation with a prospect to set appointments for the AE;Leaves an impression on the prospective customer regarding iboss and our unique approach to network security;Assists in completing the appointment set by follow up calls and live transfer; andProvides the best effort in meeting appointment setting targets and metrics.

Job  Qualifications

NO DEGREE REQUIREMENTability to deliver clear spoken Englishcomfortable talking off-script marketing or non-script conversationEnglish language fluency with minimal accentreliable and professionalknowledge of Microsoft Excel and Windowsanalytical and critical thinkermust be willing to work night shifts
