E - Commerce Associate

We are looking for an E-Commerce Associate to join our marketing department.You will mange all e-commerce activities, retain long-term comsumer relationships, and deliver excellent customer service to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiriesMonitor, track and report on feedback and online reviewsAnalyze consumer behaviour and preferenceMonitor stock and inventoryDo sales forecastingCoordibate deliveries with logistic teamReport sales and performanceSupport the team with any ad-hoc requirements
