JOB ROLE:
Ø Respond to inquiries
Ø Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
Ø Analyze consumer behavior and preferences
Ø Monitor stock and inventory
Ø Do sales forecasting
Ø Coordinate deliveries with logistics team
Ø Report Sales Performance
Ø Support the team with any ad-hoc requirements
