We are looking for the online content bingers, viral video starters (or finders), meme sharing, people’s people with a passion for social media and a love for all things trending. We want someone with moral integrity and a sense of humour, who is proactive and confident in decision-making. You’ll need to have objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content.

What you’ll be doing

Taking ownership of video content in alignment with client and business strategiesProactively moderate and audit uploads taking the time to understand the needs of customers and the clientTaking ownership for all videos in respective language queueProviding accurate monitoring of content on first instance requirement

What you’ll need

Fluency in Language (written & spoken) and additional knowledge of EnglishPassion for social mediaPrior user-generated content (UGC) moderation (Advantageous)Experience in content mining and reviewingOpen and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basisAbility to evaluate content in line with content and business policiesDemonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functionsStrong analytical and research skills with attention to detailAbility to work in fast and evolving workflowsAdhere to strict deadlinesAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentialityPrior content moderation experience will be preferred
