FM Collateral Circle Lead (Department Manager) - BGC Taguig

Overview:

The FM Collateral Management department of ING Hubs Phils. is composed of group of people from different chapters who sit together and have all of the skills and tools necessary for end – to – end – processing or product delivery. It decides its own way of working. Each CLT has a long – term mission and takes responsibility for different parts of the client experience and shares a collective stretch ambition.

CLTs are based on process value chains and may be defined based on region and/or product. Each CLT is made up of a Process Expert and CLT member functions. Through Agile principles and methodologies, they ensure operational processes respond to and fulfill client and organizational needs and result in increased value for the customer and increase efficiency.

If you are good at:

• Managing line managers, subordinates and staff, communicating with clients and managing their requirements and expectations.

• Understanding of legal documentation regarding collateralized products and knows how to interpret it

• Has been exposed on dealing with financial markets instruments and banking operations

• Awareness of market practices, risk, securities life cycle and process flow of products

• MS Office (Excel /Access) proficient

If you are:

• At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in the field of Financial Markets, Credit Risk Management, and/or Collateral Management

• Experienced in using Bloomberg

If you can:

• Provides support/expertise to a specific area of the business by taking on and being responsible for associated organizational/process management related or operational tasks

• Provides support/expertise to 1 or more areas of business by taking on and being responsible for associated organizational/operational/process management tasks

• Delivers, within a broad and integrated environment, high-quality (custom) solutions for the processing of standard products/files

• Likely to perform varied tasks in an agile environment of a medium level of complexity and can be guided by a more senior team member in a specialized or new area of work

• Has basic knowledge of the internal market and integrates this knowledge into day-to-day activities • Reports deviations to the appropriate stakeholders

• Understands the mission and vision of the company and how his / her CLT and Circle contribute to that
