Accounting Specialist – Accounts Payable

General Job Description:

Handles stores' rentals, telephones, security, utilities, and other tasks relative to store operationsHandles analysis of account informationRecommends financial actions by analyzing accounting optionsMaintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and proceduresContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededPerforms any other tasks that maybe assigned

Required Technical Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAccount balancing and reconciling skillsComputer literate – SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Required Behavioral Skills:

Customer focused and results-drivenGood analytical skills and with a keen eye to detailsHas the ability to multi-taskCan establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or any related courseAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Simulations, Financial accounting and reporting, Account analysis, AuditorApplicants must be willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon CityApplicants must be willing to do WORK FROM HOME and WORK IN OFFICE set-upWilling to work long hoursFull-Time position(s) available
