General Accountant (Investor Services Specialist)

Job Description:

Help provide leverage to our fund administrators by effectively supporting administration services provided to management companies of our fund clients. Some of the support that we provide includes:Cash reconciliationManage accounts payable, accounts receivable and prepaidsBook and manage credit card payments through BrexAccounts payable processing through Bill.com or ExpensifyPrepare year end financial statementsJournal entry processingPayroll processingPreparation of budget vs actuals reports in XeroRequirementsDegree in Accounting or Finance3 and above years of experienceGood English skills both verbal and writtenYou have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisions versus escalate themYou’re interested in providing best-in-class-serviceYou communicate information in a timely, appropriate manner to all relevant stakeholders and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlinesYou have advanced Microsoft Office skills with Xero, Investran, or QuickBooks experience (Other Accounting System experience is accepted)You’re interested in a fast-paced environment
