Lead the management, strategy development, coordination, and execution of plans to support the firm's key messages, strategic priorities, and brand storytelling that excite, educate, and build employee understanding and engagement.Partner and collaborate with our Communications and Creatives teams to refine the concept and final work and craft ground-breaking interactive campaigns. Use your voice and influence to articulate your strategies and present the work to partners and executives.Meet deadlines and keep project managers apprised of work in progress.Keep up to date by researching the latest trends, solutions, and related technologies
What will make you successful
University degree level educationWith at least 6 years of experience in Marketing, Management, and Marketing Strategy Development.With a background in the following: Marketing and advertising campaigns / TVCs, AVPs, and other video materials / Presentations / Brochures/company profiles/flyers / Internal company announcements/newsletter articles / Internal and external company events / Content writing for website/social mediaProficient in Microsoft Office and other editing toolsWilling to work onsite in STP, San Juan CityDemonstrable business acumen and ability to communicate effectively across various levels in the business
