Additionally, all our outbound calls are warm calls; no cold calling required!As this position is somewhat sales focused, we are looking for highly motivated and driven customer service/sales experts who want to be the best!WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?The primary focus of this position is the management and appointment of leads to the sales team, following up and working leads that come in via inbound telephone, email, SMS and other digital channels. Additionally, all our outbound calls are warm calls; no cold calling required!WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?In order to be successful, applicants will need to demonstrate:Passion for Customer Service and Sales with a confident telephone mannerExcellent written and spoken English skills.Sales experience including objection handlingOutgoing, bubbly personalityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer focused and dedicated to delivering great service'Can-do' positive attitudeComputer literacyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailThe ability to deal with repetition and keep motivated
