JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for doing the call outs for telesales initiatives aiming at increasing cardholder base and card usage. Jobholder is expected to undertake telephone selling efforts within the realm of MCC policies and convince and make an existing or prospective cardholder make known running campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform call out function to new and prospective clients for the purpose of increasing card base.Monitor and ensure completion of account requirements.Support card usage through promotion of marketing programs/initiatives.Handle correspondences for for account advise and follow throughGenerate and submit telemarketing report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Handle customer inquiries and provide them with necessary information.Ensure administrative tasks are completed.Escalate issues to his Supervisor/ Unit Head that may result to bank risk.Perform projects / responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time (eg. BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondents, Line trainer, e-Champ).

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree holderPreferably with at least 5 months telemarketing experience, preferably in a credit card company / financial institution.Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Quota-drivenWilling to extend hours, work on weekends and holidays.Must be willing to work in / report to different MCC offices (Makati, Pasay, Ortigas).
