Operations Finance Manager | Parañaque City

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Prepares and analyzes monthly financial performancePrepares and presents monthly management reports covering financial performance of company owned stores. These reports include but are not limited to store profitability report, variance analysis by store/area with comparisons against targets and prior year, MANCOM, Executive Committee and Board of Directors reports and presentations.Collects insights and reports from field staff to support performance reports.Prepares business case and financial analysis to support store openings, closures, and divestments.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL ON THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE:

Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy;CFA or CPA is preferred3 years and up relevant work experience preferredProven knowledge of information analysisHands on experience data collection analysisApplies logic to solve problems and get the job done.Proficient in using accounting software, preferably SAP, MS Office applications and business intelligence toolsSkilled at both oral and written communication that can influence others. Uses effectual examples and visual aids that have an impact on the audience.Ability to obtain information from several sources to address present needs.Personal and professional ethics and fosters a diverse and respectful workplace.
