职位描述
Join Infosys BPM and work for its client who is number 1 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in the world! We are looking for a dynamic Legal Specialist who will be part of the AP Finance and Accounting team. Candidates who can start ASAP will be eligible for the Joining Bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end contract lifecycle management:
· Contract drafting, redlining
· Negotiation via playbooks
· Key contract data abstraction
· Administration in CLM
· Deviation analysis
· Risk and compliance
· SLA governance
Key Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of LawHands-on experience with APTTUS or other allied tools would be an advantageStrong legal domain knowledge and aptitudeAt least 3 years of relevant experienceExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Good analytical skills and business acumenCompleting quality work products and completing task with minimum supervisionGood understanding of commercial and legal implicationsOpen to working in shifts [EMEA and AMER time zones]Amenable to work on hybrid set up.Work location is in BGC Taguig.What’s in it for me?
