First Mile Supervisor (Project-based)

Manages overall hub operations and is responsible for the effective and successful warehousing and inventory management, people management and compliance to all clients’ service level agreements (SLA). Enhances operational functions and procedures, addresses irregularities and plans for corrective actions. The role also acts as the branch representative on regulatory compliance.

Critical Accountabilities

Hub financial success through efficient cost control measuresConduct daily checks on total dispatch per rider per hubMonitor daily the exemption handling closure including the daily check on open orders and the loss prevention summary for lost packages at the hubConduct daily check on last mile productivity tracker to monitor the performance of the CPPCompliance to operational efficiencyRegularly run the E2E dashboard and make sure hubs area compliance in sending hub inventory reportConduct daily check on DTD tracker to monitor hubs performanceConduct daily check on success rate and productivity reportConduct daily check on Standardized Performance Dashboard v3.0Conduct daily check on unreturned PODRegular check on delivered packages and follow up on the sending of PODsSecures organizational resiliency by supporting business continuity initiativesConduct daily check on the Open orders dashboard v3.9 vs the actual inventory send by the hubsConduct regular training in IR reporting

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course or 2 years college levelAt least 1 year experience in supply chainRequired Competencies and Proficiency Levels:MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)Work Planning and SchedulingEffective task executionOpen for project-based employment
