Distribution Center/ Storage Assistant (Cebu)

Support operations by maintaining a continuous supply of stocks and parts for service.Coordinate with the person-in-charge the stocks that are needed for consumption.Inspect stocks that arrived from suppliers making sure that the items that arrived is in accordance with the purchase order issued to the suppliers.Advise person-in-charge should there be any backorder or wrong item delivered and monitor that the suppliers will replace and any defective items on a timely manner.Develop, promote, and maintain harmonious business relationship with suppliers.In-charge with the tariff classification and computation of duties and taxesProvide timely updates on the status of shipments to customer.Ensures that processing of shipment is compliant.Observe high professional and ethical standards in the performance of logistics functions, consistent with the company’s corporate philosophy.In-charge with custom brokerage and importation

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.With at least three (3) years of experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-5 years experienced employee specialized in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.Fluent in both written and spoken English and major local languages.Advance computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel and database reportHas an advanced knowledge with importation and Customs’ Rulings and Procedures.Able to analyze and structure reports to answer stock related questionsBe reasonably detailed, numerate, and analyticalA team player, mature and with good communication and interpersonal skillsPreferably exposed to inventory management, procurement, and logistics/ supply chain modules of any ERP System.Preferably have worked in healthcare or logistic industry.Willing to work on siteNOTE: Please attach most updated CV for faster processing
