SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience with administrative dutiesHigh level of written and oral communication skillsIntermediate knowledge of Excel VBA, MS Word, Excel and Outlook (or similar email package)Ability to effectively prioritise workloadProactive approach to problem solvingStrong planning, organisational and time management skillsBackground on Workforce Management (Real time, Scheduling, Capacity Planning)Knowledge in Snowflake platform is highly preferred (Or any knowledge in similar database platforms) Background in handling Outbound Campaigns/ Blended Accounts is a plus

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Monitoring of call list – Changing of passesExtract Guide phone productivity reports from AspectPrepare Call volume and service level reports.Generate service level reports for all languages.Prepare Guide / Team Leader lateness reports.Leave approval for guides.Update of sick and urgent leave.Update of guides’ Flexi Hour and shift changeCall Center Tracker update.Manage phone line closures.Manage Operations team stationery requests.Training / Event Schedule & Invite - ( liaise with trainer training schedule and group / send invite/ book room)Other projects, tasks and duties as may be directed
