Operations Assistant

Pre-requisite:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College DegreePreferably with relevant experience in experience in Logistics (Warehouse and Distribution)Preferably with 1-2 years of Experience in operations or related field.Experience working in medical Industry would be an advantageKnowledge & experience with SAP system will be an advantageProficient skills in MS applicationsGood verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates excellent interpersonal skillsEnergetic and committed with good working attitudeSelf-driven, self-motivated with high initiatives and resourcefulnessAbility to work well under deadlines and to multitaskAbility to think critically, willing to accept feedback, continuous learning and improvement.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Responsibilities:

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.Responsible for both incoming & outgoing shipments arrangement and custom clearanceManaging with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs. Organize quarterly Stock take.Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time.Processing purchase order to Suppliers.Arranging goods delivery to customers.Issuing quotation/ invoice/ credit note and billing to customer.Handling customer’s order and enquiries.Collaborating with other departments to maximize performance in company level.Any ad hoc duties or administrative support as assigned.
