Senior Funding Specialist

Bachelor’s degree (any business course preferably Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics)At least 2 years of experience in Banking and Finance specifically in Fund Administration, Account Management, or FinanceKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

Manage and supervise day-to-day treasury/ funding operations and proceduresBuild strong relationships with banksEnsure accuracy and timely settlement of funding transactions with bank counterpartiesPrepare documentation of loan interest payments to be forwarded to bank counterparties. Ensure completion of documents prior to sending to banks.Monitor incoming and outgoing documents and file to appropriate foldersCoordinate with Accounting Department on Funding disbursements (e.g. check and BIR form preparation)Complete all loan documentation from bank counterpartiesPerform account opening / KYC process from various counterpartiesCoordinate, communicate, and negotiate with banks for premium rates on all bank transactions involving, but not limited to, deposits/withdrawal of funds, credit facilities, investment, telegraphic transfers, or other instrumentsPerform related functions as required from time to time.
