Funding Manager

You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, or related fieldsMaster’s Degree preferred (but not required)Minimum 5 years experience working for a Financial institution (Bank or Non-Bank)Experience with relationship management, credit, and/or funding documentation 

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

Credit Lines

To secure annually budgeted locally based funding to cover the business needs of the company. Full ownership of the new deals includes funding documentation on behalf of the company with support from the legal and finance departmentTo manage existing credit relationships: meeting information obligations and representation clauses, ensuring full compliance with all financial covenants, and effective coordination and communication with current lenders and potential investors.

Operations

To review all loans and other documents related to the establishment of credit facilities/sales of receivables/securitization, etc.To prepare periodic Info Memo about the Company and other related presentations for current lenders and potential new banks/investors.To provide support and assistance in internal projects and other ad hoc funding-related transactions.Handle and coordinate Cash Management related topics with both internal and external parties.Provide timely and accurate feedback to Headquarters regarding the standard and extraordinary reporting requirements •Perform other related functions as required from time to time.
