Product Engineer

BASIC FUNCTION:

Assists in all products promotions particularly for tractors and implements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists in all aspects of product demonstration, testing & evaluation and other related marketing activitiesFacilitates product trainings and presentations to all KPI authorized dealersTrains dealer’s sales staff regarding sales and marketing demonstrationAssists respective Sales Manager/s based on their scheduled actual field demonstration in their areas of coverage to achieve the target times of demonstration in each product lineResponsible for proper scheduling of product trainings and demonstrations in coordination with both Sales & Service DepartmentExtends necessary technical supports needed to improve the Sales OperationsInvestigates competitor’s model and make comparison against scenario on our productsMakes effective demo-scenarios, demonstration tools, and materials needed in conducting effective product demonstrationPerforms other related duties from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

BS Agricultural Engineering graduateLicensed AE is a definite plusWith at least one (1) or two (2) years experience in product demonstrations/promotionsComputer SavvyKnowledgeable in research work operationsHas exposure in Product Management, Problem Analysis & SolvingWith excellent customer relationsGood Presentation and Communication SkillsKnows how to drive 4 wheel vehicle/sFresh graduates are welcome to apply
