Your Tasks

Specializes in collecting, organizing, and then analyzing the data from multiple projects, data sources, and relevant systems like SAP, Cisco, HIRS, SAP Business IntelligenceBuilds data models, diagnoses validates and improves the performance of these models over time in addition to creating efficient and reusable DAX, Power Query, SQL code meant for the improvement, manipulation, and analysis of dataProactively plays an analytical role in developing KPIs within the business for the purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the success of the business’s initiativesDevelops models and ad hoc reports, sharing observations and recommendations with senior data management, executives, and stakeholders for further consideration.Strong analytical ability, doing in-depth data analysis, data preparation, accuracy, and developing insightful reports for different stakeholder groups following established SLAs & KPIs framework and definitions.Develop and present robust actionable dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI and SAP Business Intelligence.Provide period, monthly performance metric and month-end management reporting data sets, while ensuring timely delivery of accurate information to the relevant stakeholder groupsFurther works with the PMI, business’s departmental heads, management, and key stakeholders, in developing business requirements, conducting gap analyses, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, through analytical data processing when needed.Advice on improvements of the reporting process with regards to data extraction and report preparationResponsible for the technical aspect of reporting in collaboration with local and HQ IT (data sources, queries, report layouts)

Our Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in finance, accountancy, or statistical/quantitative data analysisExperience in PowerBI and VBA MacroMinimum 3-year experience in reporting function in SSC or BPOStrong analytical skills, structures way of workingProven record of minimum one year of data extraction, reporting of KPIs and SLAs in SSC Finance organizationMinimum one year of preparation, data analysis, and data extraction through efficient and effective use of automation / IT solutions.Experience in assisting in the evaluation and development of enhancements to automate processes for reporting purposes.Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsRequired knowledge of SAP and understanding of relevant data structure, data extraction, data preparation, and data visualization tool. (e.g. SAP BW) as a plus.Strong relationship building and management skillsEffective communication skills across a range of audiences in different countriesGlobal and/or multi-divisional experience required, strong intercultural skillsExperience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforceExperience in reporting covering Finance Processes and reporting SLAs, and KPIsAbility to translate data and reporting requests into tasksEnglish languageMS Office excellentPresentation skills, analytical, structured way of workingTime management, attention to detailAmenable to work in mid-shift100% work onsite
