Prepares and submits Skilled Worker DTRs and payroll and prepare summary report to Field Supervisor.Reports all necessary concerns and assessment in Safety issues.Initiates good housekeeping in area of responsibility.Conducts 5x5 refresher safety toolbox in every field/lab/postharvest activity.Responsible of proper usage and keeping of various laboratory and field operation equipment and apparatus.Prepares weekly manpower forecast needed to cover his respective program.
