Geotechnical/Materials Lab Technician

Job Description:

Experienced technicians required that carries out a defined set of standard laboratory tests in geotechnical and construction materials, understand the procedures based on accepted international standard,Collect and prepare samples to be tested, register, test, store, and dispose of them in accordance with applicable laboratory standard quality proceduresDrafting concept-reports within time, budget, and quality requirements,Carry out routine maintenance as well as performance checks for the testing equipment and calibration validityEscalating complex tests to the Senior Lab Technician and,Working with standard operating procedures. Works with moderate supervision. Requires senior  secondary vocational education (MBO) or equivalent professional and intellectual capabilities and relevant working experience.

Job Requirements:

Technicians at least on college level, Diploma (Engineering Mechanics)Minimum 3 years’ experience in geotechnical soil testing, as well as construction material testingInternational work experience, an advantage
