Operations Administration Assistant

Provides whatever work-related support that the Operations Manager may require such as:

Administration duties for Operations department Cover on-site yard duty for Operations Manager in his absencePreparing Monthly PSO/Timesheet for DrillersGeneral documentation, paperwork and monitoring Manage accommodation requests and booking for drillers/engineersEnsures that all paperwork and regulatory requirements when requiredIssues reports, receipts, and other tracking documents for documentary purposesSupport Internal or External visits (i.e. Director or others)Performs other adhoc administrative and management tasks as required by supervisor and management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

With at least 2-3 years work experience as Operations Administrative Assistant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent requiredMust be resourceful, detail-oriented and has good negotiation skillsKnowledge of the MS Office suiteMust have good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken)Clear ability to handle multiple prioritiesStrong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
