Job Responsibilities;

Performing all day-to-day cultivation tasks to the standards set by management (Cloning, pruning, transplanting, watering, cleaning, spraying, etc.)Conducts daily care and maintenance of plants from seed to harvestEnsures proper spacing, air circulation and sun/shade exposure is monitored and adjusted in a timely manner to maintain optimum plant healthUses potting machines to assist in transplanting.

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Agriculture or similar fields.Experience in plant propagation, horticulture or botany
