Job Responsibilities:

Implements weekly seeding scheduleVacuum seeding, hand seeding, thinning, moving flats around to harden offMaintains organization of seed storage areaTrain any assisting crew members on seeding techniques and standards.Monitor germination/immersion; pests and diseases; heating, cooling and watering systems.Communicates observations immediately and effectively

Job Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Agriculture or similar fields.Experience in plant propagation, horticulture or botany
