Regulatory Pharmacist

Qualifications

1. Must be a graduate of any allied-health related courses such as Bachelor of

Science in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, and etc.

2. At least 1 year of experience working in the regulatory industry

3. Must have in-depth knowledge in processing Food and Drug Administration (FDA),

Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS), and

other regulatory agency permits.

4. Must have good communication and organizational skills.

5. Must be of good moral character (with character reference from immediately

preceding employer)

Job Description

1. Ensure overall regulatory compliance.

2. Thorough evaluation sample and documents for product registration adhering to

the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI)

standards.

3. Maintain complete Product Dossier for Food and Drug Administration and Bureau

of Animal Industry registrable products.

4. Processing the initial and renewal application of Certificate of Product Registration

(CPR), Certificate of Product Notification (CPN), and Certificate of Feed Product

Registration (CFPR).

5. Monitoring of registration status.

6. Ensure validity of CPR, CPN, and CFPR.

7. Assist in the preparation of Product Information File for cosmetic and HUHS/ HUP

products.

8. Assist during regulatory inspections and preparation of Corrective Action and

Preventive Action (CAPA) Plan.

9. Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
