REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must at least be an SHS Graduate in any field.NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!Excellent communication skills - verbal and non-verbal.Critical thinking and keen on details.Must be amenable to work in Cybergate, Mandaluyong City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems.Assess and resolve standard and non-standard issues or problems.Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of work.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
