Legal Officer (China Bank Capital)

JOB SUMMARY:  The Legal Officer shall provide legal advice, analysis, and assistance to the Group in relation to transactions and other relevant matters.Educational Background: Graduate of Law (Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor)Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in providing legal advice and preparing/reviewing contracts, preferably with background in corporate law and transaction advisory work.Knowledge and Skills Required:1. Comprehensive knowledge of legal framework as it relates to investment banking transactions2. Above average problem solving ability/strategic thinking3. Supervisory & marketing skills4.
