Job Responsibilities

Drafts, assesses, analyzes, and finalizes contracts and agreements.Renders legal representation for assigned casesPrepares/renders written or verbal legal opinion/adviceDelivers overall supervision for resolution of lease-related issuesProvides legal updates through orientation or presentationPrepares accomplishment reports and status of pending/current transactions or tasks handled
