Voice Work

·        Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues.

·        Assess and resolve standard and non-standard issues.

·        Seek advice and escalate issues.

 Qualifications

·        BS Graduates or at least 1st year college undergraduate.

·        Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience, handling voice-international accounts

·        Hybrid set up but must be willing to work onsite at least 2-3 times a month.

·        Amenable to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shifts.
