Experienced in the same field or at least 3 years experience in Security management.Graduate of criminology or any related courses.Must have good working knowledge of management practices and principles.Knowledgeable of all emergency policies and procedures so that he/she may appropriately respond should any of these emergencies occur.Responds to disciplinary problems involving tenants and fellow staff members calmly and reasonably, while maintaining an accurate record of the problem.
